I've got a 350 Utility that developed a sputtering problem at high RPM but only under load. I soaked/cleaned/blew out and rebuilt the carb (I get good responses from idle and high speed adjustments), adjusted the float, replaced the gas line, took out the in-line fuel filter and cleaned the sediment bulb. I have not drained and cleaned the fuel tank yet but it looks clean. I can idle it high with no discernable problems. It runs at low idle like a dream. As soon as I put it under load, it acts like it's starving for fuel. Ideas??? Is the coil acting up? Is there just the smallest of clog/debris in the tank probibiting the max fuel flow? I've adjusted the high speed screw at high RPM and can find the sweet spot but can't seem to give it any more fuel by adjusting it under load. I had to borrow the cousin's John Deere this weekend to get any work done. Don't want that to happen again. I hope no one recognized me. THanks - Jay

A good friend and I were recently discussing our tractor electrical systems when he stated "I figure it all comes back to applying Ohms Law". At this point
