Number probably won't help, because the part is most likely no longer available in any organized fashion (read that to mean you'll be scouring tractor junkyards). Are you sure it's an Allis Chalmers add-on? I find it odd that a competing tractor manufacturer would make accessories for the competition's equipment. Maybe it's just parts scavenged off an Allis Challmers tractor and cobbed on to the 660.
