NO its not a commpn ocurance. I would say that where your wire hooks to the condenser then goes through to the point chamber may need to be sealed. Try so Electrical tape in a can or like that. Also go to walmart and get a can ofclearcoat its called something glaze its in the spray paint section and is made for ceramics and such its about $3.00 Same brand as the rest of there spray paint it not special. When you done give it about 3 to 4 coats I think you will take care of your problem JON
