I hope I get it going tonight so I can get it home. It's at my In-Laws old place and last time I went up there (60 miles) I couldn't get it started. The engine wouldn't crank and I thought the starter was shot. I tryed to take the starter out with no success. I didn't have a pry-bar and didn't want to wreck anything so I gave up and bolted it back on. After asking on the forum I think that the starter was most likely just stuck. I was told that the starter would come out with a pry bar and some twisting. I got some 2 guage cables to replace the OLD ones and will clean up all my connections and try again. Once home, I'm really looking forward to fixing her up! As I said before, I'm very new to this so I appreciate you experienced people helping me out. I hope to have good news for you and the forum. This tractor was my Father In-Law's (HE LOVED IT) and now he's been put in a home due to Alzheimers, so it's going to always be of great sentimental value to me and I will feel honored to run it.
