Well, I finally got around to working on her yesterday, and after changing the fuel filters and putting in fresh diesel, putting in new dual batteries, she fired right up!! Smoked like crazy, but that's to be expected.... She sat and idled perfectly, and ran really good. Now I've got to replace the hydraulic fluid, and figure out the clutch. For some reason the clutch feels like it is stuck 'engaged'. I can crank it over in gear, and the tractor does not move. Would having no hydraulic/tranny fluid in it cause this? I've yet to pull of the inspection plate and have a look at the clutch....
