Brady - Unfortunately have no clue what the pivot shaft surface bearing OD's are supposed to be. However I might suggest this: Install both new bushing shells into their bores in the stationary bolster casting. Then take ID measurements of the bushings as installed. Finally direct the machinist turn the pivot shaft bearing surface OD's 5 - 10 thousands LESS than the measured bushing ID's. This way you should end up with nicely matched pivot shaft/bushings and thus a wobble-free front end.
