I don't have a spec for oil pressure but the relief valve spring should have a free length of 1 1/4" and a length of 15/16" at 2.6 Lbs. That engine is a low pressure system since it doesn't have pressurized rod bearings. My guess would be that 10 PSI is fine. For comparison, spring test pressures for models A through M range from 26 to 42 lbs. Oil pressure on those engines should max out at about 45 to 75 lbs.
