Same thing happened to me with one of my F20s. Perhaps mine was worse, since it took the brake to stop it after the clutch was depressed. Once it broke loose, it was fine until engaged again. I took the clutch apart, and found that the engine had leaked some oil onto the flywheel, and the oil was sticking the clutch disk to the flywheel like a suction cup. I cleaned the flywheel and disk with brakekleen, and put it back together, and all is well. It's possible that is the trouble with yours.
There is another cause of shifting problems with the F12 and F14, and that is the belt pulley. There is no control for the pulley, so it runs when the clutch is out. When you push in the clutch, the pulley acts like a flywheel and continues to turn for a while, some times quite a while. You can't shift until it stops. That is why most F12 and 14s have the pulley missing. They shift much better with no pulley on. I have several F12s and a few 14s and not one pulley.
