I have a 1948 SA I restored. It has/had the same light on the rear as the front which is the clear tear drop light. I had to replace the rear one because it was so dented up I didnt think I could fix it. I cant remember if I got it from here at YT or from OEM but it was a perfect match for the front. I think now I got it from OEM because they had the 12 volt which mine had been converted too.
The others you mentioned might work but I have never tried them.
