Ok fill in the blanks some. You say when it dies you have no power but is it no power or no spark?? Big difference in the 2. Will it turn the engine over just no start or does it every thing go out on you?? If you just loose spark then its most likely your coil is going bad. A bad coil will work just fine for about and hour and then stop working as it heats up. Start it up, run it till it dies and then jump off and check for spark and also lay your hand on the coil and see if its hot, be careful it could be hot enough to burn you if the coil is going bad. When you ask question you always need to give us as much info as you can so we can help you with out trying to read your mind
