Truthfully it can be "worth" anywhere from scrap price up to well over $15,000 depending on condition.
You can put ten thousand into one of these with just a couple of typical issues... Engine and TA will set you back $8000-$10000.
Tractors like these are like high-stakes gambling. If you can get it for a song and you have to do the engine and TA, you'll make out okay with big horsepower that'll last you the rest of your life. If you pay premium price for it and everything's shot, you'll be into it for $25,000 at the drop of a hat.
Chances are if you're buying it from an operating farm that it's in need of some serious TLC.
