Malc: I don't know the exact crankcase specs for a 275, however given it's size and the size of other IH engines, I expect the 275 would be 6 or 7 quarts or liters depending whether your in US or Canada. Super A, 140, etc are 5 qts. if changing filter, H, 300, etc around 7 qts. In cubic inches your 275 is about mid way between the others.
