First off do you have atleast and I T manual . If you had the MCV apart I sure hope that you used all new O/Rings and Gskts. Myself when ever i go into a MCV i massure all the springs and make sure that they are to spec's and IF THEY ARE NOT then get a new spring kit and install them . Pressure must be checked and set and this will require a special hyd. fitting and a gauge that will read at least 600lbs. Myself i like to have the pressure from 245 -265 . Also make sure that you installed the O/Ring on the lower left and that the sump check plug and spring did not get lost , that plug and spring go on the lower right hand side on the bottom right . The spring looks like a ball point pen spring and the sump check plug is and off white nylon. The valves in the MCV all should slide free when they are in there bore with out there springs and should not have any back nicks of scratches. When working on any hyd. valves never ever use a rag to wi[e off any parts. Clean in gas- diesel - parts cleaning fluid and ONLY use compressed air to dry off as lint from rags can come back and slap ya in the back of the head.
