Ray, You will need the engine block as well to mount the hydraulic pump, and then you will need the torque tube (bell housing) to mount the touch control reservoir. The SA torque tube has the mounts for the assy as well as moving the starter to a lower angle to clear the hydraulic manifold. The steering wheel support is different too, which you might need to mount the controls. But to answer your questions; I would guess salvage yard prices for the 4 pieces you mentioned to be: 175, 100, 200, 50 or total ~$500. What you are up against is a lot of work and money. Most people recommend buying the SA and selling or just keeping the extra A. I added hyd's to a B by getting a SC engine block, pump, manifold, then used an aftermarket valve and reservoir. Mounted valve behind the shifter, reservoir under the seat, made a bracket to support the manifold and machined the end of the manifold to connect hoses directly to it. Stan(VA).
