Still, Head bolts should be torqued to 65 lbs. I'd take them to 40-45 lbs. then to 65 lbs. Use the criss-cross pattern starting in the middle and work towards both ends. On the pulley, even though your question was encrypted, (If your's is on I wondered why you were asking), Put the pulley in your wife's oven and heat it up to about 350. There should be threads on the inside of the end of the crankshaft where the pulley goes. Find a long bolt with the proper size threads and washers to use to "pull the pulley" onto the shaft. Get everything lined up and get the pulley started onto the shaft. Stick the bolt with washers at the head of the bolt in through the pulley and into the threads Turn the head of the bolt clockwise to pull the pulley on. Don't forget to use heavy mitts when handling that hot pulley. Have a pail of water and some rags handy so you can soak down the pulley after it is in place to lessen the heat damage to your seal.//FB
