Couple of things, most serial plates on those tractors have lost all information except stamped in serial # and the stamped letter or letters. From information you give I think its a SMDTA. Compare from actual tractor serial # 67223, engine serial # 8687 and block date code 2-25-Z. Think the first SMTA built was 60004 and used engine serial # 7790 with a 7-13-Y date code. If you have one with a engine serial # over 11595 its not a original SMDTA engine. If you want to change the front bolster to look correct and don't care about original date code, one from a 400 or 450 Diesel is the same as SMDTA one and easy to find. Also a SMTA,400 and 450 gas works but hand crank parts in bolster need switched out to diesel hand crank parts if hand crank parts are wanted.
