Before you completely discount buying the tractor call Rice equipment 814-226-9200 and speak with Mr. Rice. He has a 15-30 personally and may provide insight on parts availability. I have learned he is a valuable resource on these old machines. I am restoring a '37 F-20 that sat in an orchard for 25 years and as The Red mentioned, it is a challenge (stuck engine, missing pieces) building one that has been idle so long. Everything has to be taken apart, inspected, re-built.....etc. Lots of time and $ obtaining the pieces to fix back.
