Well i am guessing here as myself i have never worked on a 464 but i am betting that it has the standard steering motor And to fix it you will need a 1 1/8 socket a steering wheel puller two 5 1/2 inch grade 8 1/4 x 28 bolts a 1/4 28 tap to clean out the puller holes in the steering wheel a pair of snap ring pliers a dental pick and about twenty min. of your time for the first one.Ya remove the nut that holds the wheel on have the puller holes cleaned out install the puller and tighten down tight then give the puller a rap and the wheel will come off Now remove the puller from the steering wheel remove the snap ring and set the steering wheel back on the shatf and give a real hard turn either way is fine , by doing this it should pop the seal out and just reverse the prosess.
