when it gets to where you cant get it out of gear try pulling the ta back iit should shift easy then . if that works your clutch and ta needs the linkage adjusted. shop manuals usually tell how yo do this. it must be just right on to work right but when you get it right it will work well. we have a 460 with ta on our farm since 79 and have used it hard .the ta works just as good as when we got it. two motor overhauls and 4 clutches later.hope this helps pc
