Personally I enjoy reading all of the responses to a question or problem someone else posts. Most of the answers are based on personal experience. Most of us have some experience in engine and tractor repair. My father was employed by IHC. I usually had to learn the hard way. That seems to be the best teacher. By that I mean that I usually started out thinking I knew more than anyone else. Usually wound up finding out that I didn't know anything. I always found people where more than glad to teach me if I showed interest in the job. I also learned that people will treat you the way you treat them. I am sure that you have experience that you can contribute to this forum.
