O.K., This is the engine to tractor list that is in the NAPA Tractor and Equipment engine book. A couple of you was curious on what engine came in what tractor, bailer, combine, etc; . I read farther down the board that the C-135 engine wont bolt up to where there was once a C-123 or C-113. He claimed that the bellhousing area was a little wider, but a C-153 will bolt up instead with a few other modifications. Thats to bad, 'cause I really wanted to bolt a C-135 into my "A".
C-113 was in the "A", "AV", "SA", "B", "BN", "C", "SC", and the "U-2" power unit.
C-123 was in the #56 and #57 bailer, T4 crawler, U123 power unit, 100, 130, 140, 200, 230, 240, and super C tractors. #161, #163,windrowers.
C-135 was in the T5 and T340 crawlers. #91 and #93 combines. UC135 power unit. 330, 340, 404 tractors, and #201 windrower.
C-153 was in the #93, #95, #105 and # 203 combines. 2444, 2504, 3514, 444, 504, 2500 tractors, and the # 275 windrower.
Contrary to popular belief, the engines in the F-12 and F-14 are not the same as the C-113 engines in the A's, B's, and C's. The rods are interchangable from these 2 engines, but must be changed in full sets only. I also believe that the piston and sleeve sets interchange as well. Im not sure about the bearings. I hope this helps. This list might not be complete, so if you can add to it, go for it.

Today's Featured Article - A City Guy's First Tractor - by Fred Hambrecht. After living in apartments in Atlanta for more years than I care to remember, the wife and I decided to move to the country. Humming "Green Acres is the place for me..." we purchased a 29 acre tract about 60 miles south of Atlanta. Next came the house, I could talk about that ordeal for another two weeks... But, I want to talk about my tractor! We didn't even own a lawnmower, and all of a sudden we had enough grass to feed all the starving children of the bovine world. Naturally, I talked ...
