To change that type setup to IPTO you need to replace both pto drive gears near the front of clutch or center housing, the pto drive shaft that passes through the transmission countershaft. Add a pressure plate with pto shaft drive splines if needed, may have the splines if plate was changed over the tractor lifetime. Add the shaft and couplings that goes from center pto drive shaft to the pto unit and the pto unit. Reason both drive gears need changed near front of center housing, is the top drive gear and shaft with the IPTO drives from the pressure plate and ones with a t/a and transmission driven pto drive from the clutch plate. Reason the lower pto drive gear needs changed is its a different size and ratio than what you have because the planetary pto has gear reduction built in. You need drive gears from a 300 or 350 with IPTO, others will be the wrong gear ratio.
Its not a hard job to change the parts once the center housing is removed. May be a big job to get to that point if not equiped to handle or move heavy objects.
Noticed wardners post, yes some of the tractor models he named that came with a planetary type IPTO will have the same gear teeth count.
