Just clean the bore top and bottom good. IH used to say to use loctite but I guess most don't bother with it, I do. What I do is put a dowel or rod in the end of a drill, cut a slot in it and put some emery cloth in slot. After some expermenting it does a good job. Make sure the hole into cyl in both the holes where sleeves came out and the other ones is cleaned of carbon also. A long drill bit correct size works, I always used a reamer ( with a safety clamp on it so I didn't drop it into cyl). When putting in the nozzles , leave off seal and gasket and try it in sleeve, should just drop right into bottom or you may end up with a combustion leak.
