I'm glad you beat me to posting about Hugh MacKay's passing. I had thought about it for over a week and just didn't know how to do it w/o getting teary-eyed; and over someone I hadn't even met, go figure. I had bookmarked his passing but the link was not valid anymore. I'm glad the archives are available. His wisdom and sometimes bluntness were posts I enjoyed reading even if I didn't have experience with the off-sets and 560 and even a green one. Hugh sure had experience operating many other motorized equipment also. Those who had the opportunity to meet Hugh should consider yourselves fortunate, I do for the opportunity to read his posts. My hope is that Hugh's family has been grieving his passing for that is the way to heal the loss. I remember him posting that '...there is no finer place for coffee and a place to sit and chat than his porch; his better half Marq; his mind is willing, but his old bones aren't always; the better halfs rows of flowers, his father; the fluids better always be checked before heading back to the field.........'
