I have a 1960 International 340 Utility gas and am going to put on new brakes. When I pulled the brake discs off seems to be a lot of oil on these. Does the shaft for the brakes have a seal that can be replaced from the outside or is it internal? It is a five speed tranmission with no TA also the clutch doesn't seem to disengage all the way sometimes. I have adjusted the clutch all the way can't go any farther hits housing now when depressed fully. I also removed the inspection plate and greased the fitting on the through out bearing carrier. Any other tricks to try.
