FAST HITCH

I have a Farmall 450 with a fast hitch, but no fixed drawbar. The fast hitch drawbar insert rocks from side to side a lot and the fast hitch allows a lot of foward and back movement as part of the draft controll. Does anybody know a good way to make the fast hitch drawbar more stable for using pto equiptment. It has a rolling stabalizer but that allows a lot of movement of the hitch.
