Hi Brett, I suspect junk in the fuel tank blocking the outlets. The other thing that can cause this problem is a clogged fuel tank breather. Try loosening the fuel tank cap and listen for an inrush of air. A test is with a clean bucket to catch the fuel, remove the fuel line from the top of the first fuel filter and let it drain into the bucket. The fuel should come out the full of the fuel line. A temporary solution is blow compressed air into the fuel line from the tank BUT it will always clog again. The only permanent solution is to take the valves out of the bottom of both sides of the fuel tank, clean junk out of tank a blow compressed air thru lines to the first filter.
