Well, this summer, I bought a mostly original 1938 F-14, rear steel, front rubber. Most of the decals in surprisingly good shape. Not running. Crack in exhaust manifold. Otherwise, all there. bought it at a farm estate auction. $650. Brought it home, cleaned out the fuel system and freshened up the mag. Starts and runs great. compression feels like it has been rebuilt at some point with high altitude pistons, as it has twice the compress of my '37 F-12

Also, rubber or steel wheels. Has the fuel system been modified. Does it have shutters? If rubber, what condition are the tires. Depending upon what diameter rears you have, you can expect to pay up to $600 per tire if 40" ones.
