I've tried everything and it still wont start. I bought a new rotor, cap, wires, and that little expensive gear that turns the rotor (its a magneto) and all I can get is backfires. Do I line up the line on that little gear with the line on the rotor? Like say put the gear on and turn engine till line is straight up, then put the rotor button on and set the 2 lines straight with each other. Any help will be greatly appreciated, Calvin...
