use a dull cold chizel and go around the out side and get it to bend inwards in a spot. the you can pry it out with a ladies slipper bar. or just destroy it and remove it in pieces. just dont damage the seal surfaces on the cast. just noticed maybe you can remove that plate with the bolts and just hammer it out.
