Hydraulic pressure

Hi, I have a Farmall C with an auxillary hydraulic pump that is driven off of the distributor. I have no idea what type of pressure this pump will develop, but would like to start using it. My research so far shows most rams have a working pressure of 2500 psi. A friend tells me that most older systems worked at lower pressure. Does anyone know what pressure I can expect from this pump?
