Leaking around the head of pump usually requires the housing be replaced as they get a groove worn in them and then a new o-ring will not seal. You would need pump completely gone through.
To remove pump, remove the side cover, four screws, turn engine until mark comes around on gear, then turn a little more until timing mark lines on hub up with pointer which is under front pump cover. That will be about 18 degrees before tdc on front pulley.
