Just hauled home a 300 utility in some kind of nice shape except the PTO is always running. Starts great even after getting dragged three hours on an open trailer in the cold but I imagine if I had the baler or such on the back it might be a little harder to start with the PTO going. Not real familiar with IPTO and wondering what would cause this. The control arm seems to have full range. Just curious while I wait for some manuals.
