I have a new to me North American made IH 454 diesel with IH 2050 loader. The 3-point arms leak/drop to their lowest level when the tractor is shut off. In changing filters and oils I found the Hydro By-pass Valve and screen to be missing from the hydro filter canister and I hope to replace it. Are these conditions related or is the drop down some other issue I should look for? Thanks for thoughts.
