It's not quite that easy. When you take the plug out, you can screw the steering wheel shaft out, but you must remnve the steering wheel. The entire length of the shaft all the way to the wheel must come out. The worm gear is machined out of the shaft, it is not a seperate piece. This will allow you to replace a bushing and seal, but not the bottom seal which is where the leak is. You have to take the axle off to get the sector shaft out which is probably what you need to do. You might as well rebuild the whole box at one time. Two seals, two bushings, two bearings and a gasket. Good look.
