New replacement pumps would carry what ever warrantee the seller places on them. (research it) The rebuilt pumps might be OK but again how difficult is it going to be getting a warranty claim covered on a device placed in your hydraulic system, with your regulators and your (in their opinion) dirty hydraulic oil.
