this is giving me fits!!!!
I have to run my b with about 1/2 choke. it runs fine at 1/2 choke but I know it is wrong.
good flow to carb. good flow thru carb ( took plug out on bottom
have had the thing off 6 times. cleaned each time with wire and compressed air. took the nozzels out and made sure they were clean. needle out 1 1/2 turns.
I have checked timing . great spark. valves adjusted. good compression. new plugs/wires. new manifold gasket ( put my hand on the carb location and is sucks hard when turniing over)
I have literally done everything I can think of twice. The carb is new ( I bought rebuilt from this site) . the float is set spot on.
I cannot image any blockage in the carb . I am sure it was cleaned thoughly when it was rebuilt and I have been thru it 6 times.
I beg for an idea ! should i try the propane thing around the manifold. Damn, this is frustrating!
