I also have a 430 L&G. I bought it new 18 years ago this past January and it has been a great tractor and still is. It's never been in the shop and the only thing I have done to it is change the fluids and service. Mine has the rear PTO and 3 point which I use with a quick hitch. I use a material collection system on the back to vacuum grass clippings and leaves. I have seen a 3 point for these on ebay from time to time so you might want to look around over there. I have seen Cat 0 implements around but I can't imagine the ones you mentioned costing $500 each. You might want to ask around over on the L & G board for the Cat 0 sources.
