Gene you're right. I'll use anyone CORN seed because it hybrid seed--means carry-over won't be the same. Beans and Wheat or any seed where the breeding is genetic are different. Monsanto realized a while back they couldn't demand farmer not carry over seed when they buy seed and i haven't seen any such contract. What they do demand is that you not resell their geneticly altered seed or the off-spring of their seed. On a different note but same subject. Have you notice the rising incidence of round-up resistant weeds? It's happening and will get worse if as guy uses Round-up continously. Me? Only on soybeans. And it is a constant battle with the chemical company.
