A similar F20 recently sold on ebay for $520. It said it has a Chevy engine and transmission.
Not sure what scrap value is right now... but I think they weigh nearly 4,000 lbs (at least our Regular does with steel wheels all around).
If you do scrap it - and you don't mind the hassle of selling parts... you may want to pull and sell a few of the more valuable parts: the front wheel rims with the removable cast centers and NO tires on them recently sold for $103, front axel spindles if good condition are sellable, the pulley wheel is worth a few bucks, gas tank, if it has a PTO extension unit they are worth a few bucks (one PTO extension unit is curently bid up to $178 on ebay... and still has several hours to go - and that unit has been welded on the cast PTO bearing case so it is not perfect). Seat channel and seat are probably worth $20-30 bucks minimum, and the foot brake unit if complete and factory-made is worth a few bucks too... one just sold for $62 on ebay, and another for $42. *Then you can scrap the rest and it will still weigh up pretty heavy.
