First you were IN town,technicly in the left turn lane,(these guys probably turn left out of the center or right lane i suppose)someone in front of you,and you were driving a little close if there wasnt enough room for another car between you. So, Another vehicle in what should have been the faster lane decides to whip over into your lane ,basically running you off the road. I personally wouldnt have hit the brakes if i were alone,and would have hoped it was one of these guys who have a pet peeve who bought me a new car! As you state he wasnt in a hurry,so pi$$ on him. Kudos to you for being awake. Different than being on the hiway. Ive been driving the speed limit on a two lane hiway,and had guys wanting to drive 90 flip me off and honk ,i just flash my lights and turn on my turn signal for them to pull over,havent had one stop yet,(seems their ba!!$ are attatched to their gas pedal). This goes both ways,,honk at me I slow down more.dont like it ,dont honk! I do try to drive in the slow lane when on a multiple lane hiway,unless one of these guys makes you get over because they think the whole world will move if the try to get on the hiway,so they dont have to look.IF (i REALLY DOUBT THEY WILL) one ever does pull over,45 between the seats handles most right of way disputes quite well.
