When someone's grandpa cracked the block in the M and the local junkyard had a 400 engine was that cheating? He could do the same with the M block besides the fact he will be pulling against 400/450 tractors. I get so sick of hearing that cheating crap. If he fits the rules he isn't cheating. BTW, the 400 Case I am going to build will have a 30 series block and 870 heads, am I a cheater too?
