Hi unless he uses it to kill weeds or keep the dust down on gravel it's free. The expensive part is getting it in your tires. My local tire shop won't do it unless ya pay $300 a tire plus fluid, Just means they don't want do it really unless you'll pay crazy money lol. The next nearest tire place will do it cheap if ya take it in but it's 100 kms round trip. if they come out mileage is over $150 plus time and fluid. I got my own cheaper pony pump and do my own with an adapter from TSC it will pull tires in when pumping out just like the tire guys one. A few shop customers want me to do there tractor tire repairs when they see me doing mine. It's a messy horrible job and I told them no at any price, my pumps for my use only im not interested.
