Three weeks ago a good friend of mine who retired just two years ago and is a Case collector was playing with his 5 year old grand daughter on his lap. They bumped heads and he complained how bad it hurt. The next morning he was up early complaining of a bad headache. His family noticed he wasn't acting his normal self. They took him to the hospital thinking he may of had a mild stroke. The CT brain scan showed a large tumor the size of a tennis ball. This was on a Friday. The following Monday they removed the tumor and Wednesday of that week the results came back as the worse kind of Cancer. I went to see him the Friday of the same week. He was himself but needed a walker to walk with two nurses. He was in good spirits talking, joking and couldn't tell anything was really wrong. He got a flu shot and pneumonia shot while I was there. I just got a call this past Sunday he has come down with pneumonia and his one lung is full of fluid. He's back in the hospital. The cancer he has is fast growing they told him and his family. He has four children and all grown and working full time. He has worked hard and always donated a weeks vacation to help the week before to get our annual show up and ready. They're only giving him 6-8 months to live. His family is devastated. He and his family are calling his grand daughter a little angle for if it weren't for her bumping heads with him it may of happened in a car with some one else they said.

But, I want to talk about my tractor! We didn't even own a lawnmower, and all of a sudden we had enough grass to feed all the starving children of the bovine world. Naturally, I talked
