Thank you for the reply and info Billy. I have had vericose viens in the past in my calfs, had the leg ultrasound and was told the valves in the veins aren't the best,that was 10 years ago. Only one other time were they painfull but the pain went away after a couple days. I do wear over the calf compression stockings and like you say, they help alot and the support is comfortable. Just recently I've noticed i'm starting to get some somewhat painfull bulging viens on the side of one thigh. So I am weighing my options as like you I'm mid 40's and would like to think I've got a ways to go yet and the thought of this somehow affecting my mobility down the road is not appealing. I've heard both ways on the laser treatment, some say it was a Godsend others say no improvement so I'm just looking at my options. I did Google search this topic and your old post showed up in the search and brought me back here! Thanks to everyone for their replies! Oh.. and to kind of keep this on topic a little, it sure is a pain to drive a tractor when your leg hurts.
