If you look in the photo galleries at the left and do a search for Scoopmobile, you will see one of my two. The second one is not yet up and going, but I am getting closer. They have a Chrysler industrial flathead six. The arms for the planetaries on the drive axle are on the outside, and it is made to be towed backwards with the arms removed. My operational one is the older of my two, and it was built by Mixermobile Manufacturing. I think they were built in Oregon. If memory serves correctly, the newest one I saw was Bendix and/or Westinghouse. I think the first ones were in 1938, the last in the mid-seventies.
