Rick, The word is CONSIDERATION. Has nothing to do with Rights,/Constitution. Wars were started from lack of CONSIDERATION. I do notice that your flag waving is prevalent in many of your post. I am Merly suggesting that there are many ways to communicate with friends /family members, besides taking up space in the grocery stores so they/you can yak it up while others wait till your done. I have seen and still do see folks stop in the isles/stores when I'M trying to get my shopping done so I can get home to the wife who by the way isn't in the best of health.Seven different severe operations in the past, and INCONSIDERATE people want me to wait till they hold their family reunion in the store/isles.I can't do anything about your coffee shops being inferior to your taste, I can suggest a soft drink instead. When you state that if you think your blocking someones way,you move which tells me that, you experienced blocking someones way before. There is NO ONE forcing you to relinquish any rights ,JUST to be considerate of others rights . I for one will not be blocked in an isle/store so some jerk can yuck it up with some other jerk who is bound and determined to think he/she is superior and I should wait till the yakking is over before I can get on with my life. I was wondering if those folks you hold conversations with are so important, to visit with while making good folks wait till you move out of the way, holds earth shattering news important to us all. From your writings here, I can deduce being considerate isn't one of your qualities.Your # 4 statement comes to the heart of the matter. Being out of the way is great, but you insist that you can do as you please when it comes to shoving you way to the head of the "SELF IMPORTANT LINE ".You place yourself and those folks that want to stop and visit above and beyond anyone Else's needs.
No one it trying to take away your rights (show me where in the Constitution)it states you have the right to impede others.I too could wave the flag in every post I make, but that shows I consider myself above those who didn't wear the uniform. My time in the military was just as important as yours, so I don't need all your hoopla about your military career as it becomes so tiresome to hear. What I'm saying to you,(if you are able to comprehend) Is to be considerate of others and forgo un-necessary conversations with MIL second cousins,uncles/aunts/nephews etc use modern communications like were using, telephones and all other communication devices.
Remember, #3 if you have to move out of the way,YOUR BLOCKING SOME ONES WAY!!! End Of story. LOU.

Today's Featured Article - Gatherin of the Orange - by Rick Nikolich. In July of 1998 I was talking to fellow Allis Chalmers collector Mike Schilling about the annual "Gathering of The Orange" AC show coming up in August of 1999. He got this wild idea that we should get a convoy of AC tractors and drive them from Charlotte, Michigan 105 miles to LaGrange, Indiana. ... [Read Article]
