I have a 1978 f150 with a 351m. The other day I delivered hay with it and when I got home I had a huge puddle of oil underneath it. I pulled the dipstick and it was all creamy. My coolant was also low. I pulled all 8 spark plugs and 7 were wet but smelled like gas still. The 8th one was dry. The truck is very wore out and not worth putting a lot of money into. Could I pick up some bars leak and run it with that after I change the oil? Would that stop the leak? I am assuming it is probably a head gasket. Thanks
