If it's a 281 cid 4 cylinder, it may be the same as a 450 engine, 4 1/8 by 5 1/4 bore and stroke. The -06 series also used a 4 1/8" piston, but I do not know how close they are as to wrist pin size and rods, but may fit your machine. IH seemed to use the same size stuff for quite a while before they changed it and a lot of it seemed to be off their shelf. The rings may cross over easily....
