A "drone" has 4 or more propellers, but no wings. It hovers on the propellers, and has a sophisticated stabilization system that allows practically anyone to fly them successfully with no training or experience.
You can get a perfectly flyable "drone" at any hobby shop and many higher-end toy stores.
People are all upset about these drones because they can be used for nefarious purposes, and want them regulated if not outlawed. Sound familiar?
Only problem is there isn't an amendment to the Constitution for the right to keep and bear drones...
